How do I subscribe?

We have a range of Total Tonic Subscribe & Save packs to order online here. You can also call our team on 0407 198 994 to subscribe over the phone. We’re available Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.

When will my subscription start?

Your subscription starts on the day you sign up, once we receive your order we will pack and ship your first delivery unless otherwise stated on your sign up form. Please allow 5-10 days for your order to arrive.

How do I report an issue with my delivery?

Can I suspend my subscription?

Yes. Please email us directly at hello@totaltonic.com.au and we will be in touch to confirm the details. We will extend your subscription for the amount of time you put it on hold and you won’t be charged during the period of the suspension.
