Our Turmeric Power Blend is homemade and loaded with fresh turmeric, fresh ginger, tamarind, local fresh oranges, local premium honey and delicious spices.

Our Beetroot Fire Tonic is hand made with fresh beetroot, ginger, turmeric, local premium honey, apple cider vinegar and local fresh oranges. This tonic has the added spiciness of fresh chilli, garlic and cayenne pepper.

Take as a morning shot, or throughout the day if you are feeling a little under the weather, run down and in need of a ‘pick me up’. It can be consumed cold or warmed, full strength or diluted!

I have been a long time fan of Total Tonic’s Turmeric Power Boost  to help with inflammation for my arthritis and general wellbeing. Recently a friend came down with a horrible cold before flying out for a family holiday. Turmeric dirty chai made with oatmilk and honey

I have to tell you my favorite drink every morning is Turmeric dirty chai made with oatmilk and honey. It is so good!! Basically I put one tsp of turmeric power boost into the milk frother with a cup of oat milk, put the tsp of  honey in  a cup with a shot of coffee then strain the milk once its hot and stir- So delish
